The Office of Administrative Hearings is continuing to experience delays in processing documents filed through the eFile system. Despite the delays/slowness, all documents should still be eFiled.
These delays are related to our recent upgrade of C-Track to a cloud-based platform. Since the upgrade, the system has been slower than expected. Our team is working closely with MNIT and the system vendor to resolve the issue.
In the meantime, our staff are doing their best to process eFiled documents as quickly as possible, but please expect delays of at least 24 hours until further notice.
