Here’s our summer checklist:
Keep Canada moving forward. As we work to safely reopen much of our economy, Justin Trudeau and your Liberal team will keep moving forward to invest in the middle class and the most vulnerable, create and protect good jobs, protect a clean environment, and keep Canadians safe – including with stronger gun control.
Making important progress for Canadians. We’re taking action to ensure that every Canadian has a fair and equal chance at success. The Canada Child Benefit puts more money in the pockets of 9 out of 10 Canadian families to help with the cost of raising children, and as of next month, it’s being increased again to keep up with the cost of living.
Connecting with more Canadians online and on the phone through our Virtual Summer of Action. Thanks to dedicated Liberal volunteers, we’re having important conversations with Canadians all across the country about what matters most to you. In our most recent Virtual Weekend of Action, more than 750 volunteers in more than 200 communities reached out to 32,000 Canadians, and we want to connect with even more Canadians in the weeks ahead!
Reaching our ambitious grassroots fundraising targets. None of our progress can ever be taken for granted, and we always need to be ready to keep Canada moving forward. We know that not everyone is able to give at the moment, but your support is helping ensure our teams can continue growing our movement in every part of the country!
