It sacrifices the economic security of millions of families, kids, and seniors so guys like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Trump himself can pile even more money into their bank accounts.
It’s immoral. It’s unAmerican. And it proves a total betrayal by Trump and Republicans in Congress of regular people.
Our path to defeating the far-right and rolling back these devastating cuts to the social safety net is through a mass movement that offers a better way forward for working people and those who are struggling.
Ed’s agenda has always been to lift up the working class because he comes from the working class. Raise the minimum wage. Make it easier to join a union. Crack down on corporate monopolies. Create good-paying jobs in clean energy and innovation. Guarantee health care, childcare, and a quality education.
And yes, undo the damage of Trump’s big ugly bill and Republican policies that for decades have only benefited the super-rich. Those are the values that Ed brings to the Senate every day, and what will drive our campaign to victory.
