The Health Equity and Access under Law (HEAL) for Immigrant Families Act would remove barriers to healthcare for immigrants and build on policies to help states cover immigrants through Medicaid and CHIP. Housing: Resources for Mixed-Status Families
Amid uncertainty about the future of mixed-status households enrolled in HUD housing programs, the National Housing Law Project (NHLP) released a resource with guidance for HUD tenants about sharing immigration status information with HUD housing providers. The resource includes a review of the current law regulating mixed-status households living in HUD-assisted housing and the rights of tenants who are asked by HUD housing providers for, walks through different scenarios based on the request for information and the information a tenant has previously shared, and more.

Enforcement: ICE Detention Center Map
As ICE ramps up enforcement actions across the country, a new map created by Dr. A.J. Kim, Associate Professor of City Planning in the School of Public Affairs at San Diego State University, helps increase transparency surrounding enforcement activity. This free interactive map tracks the name and location of detention centers, total persons held at each site, percentages of non-criminal persons being held, and more.
