Dear healthcare employers,
Are you looking to strengthen your workforce, improve patient care, and retain top talent? Now is the time to invest in your team with Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) — and limited spots remain! Receive $4,000 per eligible employee to support training and upskilling.
What is Incumbent Worker Training (IWT)?
IWT is a grant-funded program that helps healthcare employers like you provide essential training to existing staff. This ensures your team stays up to date with the latest in healthcare practices, technologies, and protocols.
This initiative is open to employers in Cumberland, York, Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Knox, and Waldo Counties.
Eligible Trainings Include:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)
- Phlebotomist
- Medical Technician
- Medical Assistant
- Personal Support Specialist
- Home Health Aide
