July 7, 2025 – Docket No. 30026-108-GP-25 (Record No. 17822) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG) for authority to pass on a Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) rate decrease of $0.0291 per therm for Wyoming non-Choice Gas customers, effective for usage on and after June 1, 2025. The rate applies to customers in Cheyenne and Cody divisions and all non-Choice Gas customers in the Casper, Gillette, and Torrington divisions who have elected to take service under the Gas Cost Adjustment Rate. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order.

 

July 7, 2025 – Docket No. 20000-686-EA-25 (Record No. 17876) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) for authority to adjust the 2024-2026 3-year demand side management (DSM) plan budget per tariff Schedule 191.
