A wee ago today, Senate Republicans rammed through a brutal bill slashing over $800 BILLION from Medicaid — hoping the House would do their dirty work for them and go against their King Trump and shut it down.
That did not happen.
The bill is now law, and this is what's going to happen because of it:
🔴 16 million people will be stripped of healthcare.
🔴 25% of nursing homes will be forced to close.
🔴 51,000 preventable deaths will happen every single year.
🔴 2 million kids will lose access to food.
🔴 1.75 million blue collar jobs will be wiped out.
🔴 1.4 million students will lose their Pell Grants.
All of this pain — for what? So the richest 1% can pocket a $975 BILLION tax break.

Contributions or gifts to The Real Texas PAC are not tax deductible. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, treasury funds, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Only U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents are eligible to contribute. An Individual can contribute up to $5,000 to The Real Texas PAC per calendar year. Married couples may together give a total of $10,000 per calendar year. Federal political action committees (PACs) can contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year.
