If the Pandemic Treaty is the “mission statement”…
The International Health Regulations (IHR) amendments are essentially the enforcement tool.
They are the so-called legal muscle behind the WHO’s dangerous power grab. They claim to give the WHO legal power in any so-called “health emergency” over your family, your neighborhood, your church, and your country.
And that’s the terrifying part: they never actually even define what that means!
There’s no telling what the WHO will demand if this goes through.
The Pandemic Treaty is still technically incomplete. And still needs to be ratified country-by-country.
But the IHR Amendments? They claim to bind any member Country that doesn’t reject them, and they’ve already been adopted!
They were rammed through in total chaos at the World Health Assembly in May 2024—in classic WHO style.
I remember it like it was yesterday - No official vote. No records. Just a shady claim of “consensus” with barely a third of countries even in the room.
And now, unless our leaders formally reject them in writing by July 19, 2025, these radical WHO bureaucrats will claim these new directives become binding law!
Automatically. No vote.
And the powers they’ve written into this thing? Chilling stuff! Check out what I found hiding in plain sight:
- Give the WHO Director-General sole authority to declare a “public health emergency”—claiming they can force countries to act, even if they object (Article 12)
- Create new national “authorities” to enforce WHO orders inside your country (Article 4)
- Require mass compliance with vaccines and “relevant health products”—including experimental ones (Articles 13A & 18)
- Build digital surveillance systems to track your health behavior in real time (Annex 1)
- Censor anything they call “misinformation”—including legitimate dissent (“infodemic management,” Annex 1.3(e))
- Share your personal medical data globally—with minimal safeguards (Articles 44 & 45)
- Funnel emergency funds through a shady, unelected “Coordinating Financial Mechanism” linked to Big Pharma (Article 44bis)
Now do you see why I’m concerned?
And this isn’t some future proposal. These amendments have already passed.
There’s no vote for us to fight. The best way out is for your government to formally reject them by July 19, 2025.
You might be thinking: “But PRESIDENT TRUMP / MILEI already signed an executive order to leave the WHO. That means we’re safe here in the U.S. / ARGENTINA, right?”
Here’s the truth: we’re not safe—yet.
Leaving the WHO takes at least 12 months, and until that process is complete, the U.S. / ARGENTINA may still be bound by WHO rules.
Unless our government sends a formal letter rejecting the IHR amendments before July 19, these dangerous new powers will automatically take effect—even if we’re halfway out the door.
And right now? That letter still hasn’t been sent.
Plus—even if we do leave—another government could take us right back in with the stroke of a pen. That’s why we need this rejection now, in writing, while we still have the chance.
And the worst part?
They don’t even need a pandemic…
The WHO can declare a “global health emergency” for any potential threat without evidence, oversight, or your country’s consent!
If our governments do nothing, all this madness will go into force by default!
