THE CANDIDATES
Abigail Spanberger (D) is our Democratic nominee for Governor. She's a former CIA officer and three-term Congresswoman who flipped a ruby red seat in 2018 and has fought to lower families' costs, secure our freedoms, and deliver on a common-sense agenda.
Voters can trust that she'll put Virginians first and stand up to extremism.
Winsome Earle-Sears (R) is the far-right Republican nominee for Governor. She's in lockstep with Trump's extreme agenda and is trying to distract voters from her record of opposing reproductive rights, voting to defund public schools, and downplaying the DOGE layoffs of Virginia workers.

THE RACE
Experts consider our race a toss-up.
Back in 2021, Glenn Youngkin was elected by just two points. Now, polls show Sears has a path to rebuild his winning coalition. National Republicans know our opponent has serious baggage, but they're prepared to pummel our ticket with attacks in order to eke out the victory this November.
To stop the far-right from gaining ground, we've set a donor goal that expires at midnight.
