Last week, Republicans in Congress voted to kick millions of Americans off their Medicaid and SNAP benefits. Constituents across the country begged their leaders not to pass this bill. Doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers preached about what these cuts would do for their jobs and for the health of their communities.

Plenty of Republicans in Congress spoke out about this bill too, and the devastating effects it will have in rural areas across America. But those same Republicans who were thinking of voting “no” sat down with President Trump, got some signed merch and MAGA hats, and then went back to the Halls of Congress to pass Trump’s tax cuts for wealthy Americans.

It makes us sick to see that Republican members of Congress can be bought off so easily. But it makes us even more fired up to flip the House blue in 2026. Kim was proud to vote “NO” on this dangerous bill, and she’s ready to do her part to help Democrats win. Will you chip in to help kick every last Republican out of their seats? >> [link removed]

Since the passage of Trump’s “Big, Ugly Bill,” more and more Republicans are talking about the concerns they have about how these cuts will affect their districts and their states. They fear what these cuts will do to rural hospitals in their states. They fear their people will go hungry without SNAP benefits, and that families will lose jobs when hospitals close. And now, Republicans are saying this vote could cost them the House Majority. As it should.

What is Congress if it doesn’t listen to the people? One GOP representative said it best: “If you don’t keep the voters right with you, you’re going to awaken to a bad, bad, bad day.”

Let’s prove the GOP right, john. Let’s build the foundation and resources we need right now to give them a very bad day the morning after Election Day.
