The Supreme Court just handed anti-abortion extremists exactly what they’ve always wanted - a roadmap to dismantle abortion access one state at a time.
Their ruling allows states to restrict Medicaid funding from going to Planned Parenthood and other trusted reproductive health providers. This means Republican legislatures can block millions of low-income women from birth control, cancer screenings, and safe abortion care by starving clinics of funds.
It’s a backdoor nationwide abortion ban. And what does David Jolly - the man who wants to lead Florida Democrats - have to say about it?

Let’s be clear: This blueprint didn’t appear out of thin air.
When David Jolly was in Congress, he wrote the bill to defund Planned Parenthood at the federal level. He championed stripping funding from clinics that millions rely on. He bragged about it. He spun it as “fiscal responsibility.”
Now the Supreme Court is using that same playbook - and Jolly is silent.
Florida women are done being lied to. We deserve a leader who will fight like hell to protect our rights - not someone who goes silent when the stakes are life and death.
