| As you may know, the 2018 Farm Bill unintentionally opened the door for hemp-derived, kid-aimed THC products that flooded gas stations and convenience-store shelves across the country via a legal loophole. Almost overnight, addiction profiteers began creating, marketing, and selling these products, knowing full well that they would hurt families and imperil public health and public safety. We have a chance to pass this ban, close the loophole, and protect children and families nationwide. Please contact your senators and urge them to end this public health crisis. |
