When FPC announced our intention to file a new strategic lawsuit last week challenging the constitutionality of the NFA, we generated a lot of excitement. That’s with good reason. FPC is thrilled to be filing this lawsuit alongside our litigation partners ASA, NRA & SAF as soon as legally possible and prudent.

Friend,

When FPC announced our intention to file a new strategic lawsuit last week challenging the constitutionality of the NFA, we generated a lot of excitement.

That’s with good reason. FPC is thrilled to be filing this lawsuit alongside our litigation partners ASA, NRA & SAF as soon as legally possible and prudent.

But in order to make sure we’re ready for this massive undertaking, we need to top off the FPC Lawsuit Printer ASAP, and we’re asking YOU to give!

So please support our work - including this upcoming NFA legal challenge - by making a contribution of $100, $50, or perhaps even $25 before midnight tonight!

When you do, you will automatically be entered to WIN a Sons of Liberty Gun Works M4-76 10.5” Pistol!

We’re taking the next step toward fulfilling our ultimate goal of dismantling the NFA once and for all, and we hope you’ll stand with us today by supporting FPC’s litigation work.

This is a really big deal, Friend. Can we count on your support?

For freedom and liberty,

– The FPC Team
