John,

Abortion extremists are resorting to violence and despotic attempts to imprison pro-lifers.

When the Supreme Court ruled just days ago that states could defund Planned Parenthood, pro-life advocates, including our clients, gathered at the Court to celebrate. Yet abortion zealots shoved and spat on them – even children were victims. Abortion protesters lied and told police our client attacked them. Video evidence proved otherwise, but astonishingly our client was falsely detained.

Our ACLJ legal team, which operates just steps away in our offices behind the Supreme Court, immediately intervened with law enforcement. We quickly secured our client's release. All charges were dropped. But it's a wake-up call.

This is the reality: Abortion extremists are desperate, and they are manipulating laws and the police to criminalize pro-life advocacy. I've seen it firsthand for 35 years.

We've JUST filed new briefs in our federal lawsuits, from Illinois to Ohio, to get unconstitutional laws that are threatening to imprison pro-lifers struck down. Being pro-life isn't a crime, and it shouldn't send you to jail.

For 35 years, the ACLJ has been dedicated to saving babies. But to continue the expansion of our efforts to defend babies and pro-life advocates, we need your support.

As we launch our 35 Years of Justice Drive, have your Tax-Deductible gift DOUBLED and enable us to continue the fight in court.
