Last week, House Republicans passed Trump’s Big Ugly Ass Bill.

This bill is dangerous, it’s cruel, and I fought like hell to stop it.

Here’s what’s in this monstrosity they just voted for:

❌ $30 billion more for ICE — an agency with a long track record of abuse and zero accountability.

❌ The largest Medicaid cut in American history — ripping health care away from 17 million people.

❌ Gutting clean air protections for schools — during fire season.

❌ Tax breaks for billionaires — while working families lose food assistance and health coverage.

I introduced amendments to stop the worst of it:

→ To cut ICE’s funding.

→ To protect the Child Tax Credit for immigrant families.

→ To keep clean air protections in our schools.

Republicans blocked every single one.

The truth is, with a historically slim GOP majority in the House, we were just a few seats away from stopping this bill.
