This month is LGBTQ+ History Month -- a time when we reflect on the progress the LGBTQ+ community has made, but even more on the progress that still has yet to come in the fight for equality. Over two-thirds of LGBTQ+ Americans have reported discrimination in their lives. Last week we saw a major victory in the Supreme Court that officially made it ILLEGAL to fire someone based on who they love, but we still have so much work left to do.
