This month is LGBTQ+ History Month -- a time when we reflect on the progress
the LGBTQ+ community has made, but even more on the progress that still has yet
to come in the fight for equality.

Over two-thirds of LGBTQ+ Americans have reported discrimination in their
lives. Last week we saw a major victory in the Supreme Court that officially
made it ILLEGAL to fire someone based on who they love, but we still have so
much work left to do.

Will you add your signature to my petition TODAY to call on the Senate to pass
the Equality Act which would protect millions of LGBTQ+ Americans from being
discriminated against under the law?

We passed the Equality Act in the House LAST June and since then Mitch
McConnell and the rest of the Republican-controlled Senate have been sitting on
their hands refusing to take up this crucial vote.

Millions of LGBTQ+ Americans are depending on McConnell to get it right -- but
his track record is one of refusing to get to work when the American people are
counting on him too.

That’s why I’m asking you to add your name and join me in demanding the Senate
