![]() Friend, it’s Phil. After a long weekend full of barbecues, parades, and lots of iced tea, we’re back in the campaign office preparing for the race ahead. Over the weekend, my team and I travelled to several communities across the state to walk side-by-side with Coloradans of all walks of life. I marched with Coloradans in Montrose, and our team was in Greeley and Park Hill to celebrate America’s founding values — liberty, equality, and justice for all — and to honor Colorado’s original Spirit of ‘76. Here are a few highlights from the weekend:
And here’s one of the conversations I had in Montrose, talking about the inspiration I draw from RBG to defend our freedoms.
Over my recent trip to the Western Slope, I enjoyed the opportunity to speak with voters about the challenges facing us here in the Centennial State, and have a series of productive conversations like the one in the video. That’s why, on July 4th, before marching in the parade, I joined leaders in Montrose to learn more about their effort to bring more affordable child care to their community.
