It’s where you discover language and resources to support your journey of self-exploration, where you build community and connect with peers, and where you find tools and information to help advocate for the causes you care about. But it’s also where a lot of noise lives. The trolls. The headlines. The endless scroll of content that can make it feel like your identity is always up for debate. Stepping away — for a week, a day, even just an hour — can have a huge impact on your overall mental health. Studies show a short digital detox has real benefits: improved sleep, reduced anxiety and stress, and better emotional well-being. That’s why this week, we’re logging off. Not forever. Just long enough to take a beat on the heels of Pride Month. We’d love it if you could join us — maybe for the whole week, maybe for just a day. We call it the Queer Week of Rest, a digital pause to remind ourselves (and you) that rest is resistance, and boundaries are a gift you give yourself. We’ll be back on July 14, ready to continue our work in support of LGBTQ+ youth around the globe.
