Lt. Governor Winsome Earle-Sears is officially the Republican nominee for Governor, and if she is elected, she has made it clear that she will work to BAN abortion in Virginia.
In a recent interview, Lt. Governor Earle-Sears was asked if she would sign an abortion ban if she became governor, and she dodged and confirmed everything we thought at the same time. Here is what she had to say when asked if she would ban abortion:
“We're not limiting access at all, that’s not what we’re saying. As a matter of fact, what we really need to do is get together and try and figure out where is the limit.”
Which one is it, Winsome?
Let’s be real: We know where she stands on the issue – she already said she is morally opposed to the Reproductive Freedom Amendment and was the keynote speaker for the VA March for Life rally earlier this year. She knows she does not align with a majority of Virginians, and that’s precisely why she is refusing to give a straight answer to these questions.
