John,
I’m writing you today because the next 60 days are crucial for children like Aaron*.
You need to hear his story. It began with heartbreaking cruelty, but thanks to generous friends like you, it became a powerful story of rescue and healing.
During these summer months, when you and others might take a much-needed break from your typical routine… |
|
… the work of justice can never take a break. |
|
In these months of rest and rejuvenation for many, your support will continue to push forward the frontlines of justice, committed to fighting for people who are vulnerable… Until All Are Free.
John, on behalf of children in need, I am asking for your very best gift today.
The wonderful news is that a group of donors has offered to match every dollar given over the next 60 days – up to $325,000* – doubling whatever you are able to give today.
This means your gift of $50 will be doubled to $100… a gift of $100 will be worth $200… and a special gift of $250 will become $500!
This match is a powerful opportunity to help even more children like Aaron.
That’s why your help – and an outpouring of support – matters over these next 60 days. All for children like Aaron.
Aaron has suffered what no child should ever have to endure.
It started when our team in the Philippines got word that a 2-year-old boy was being sexually abused… and that the perpetrator was livestreaming the abuse on the internet to a paying audience.
The good news is that generous donors like you played a pivotal role in the investigation of Aaron’s case and then in the rescue operation that finally freed him from the perpetrator.
One of our workers, Sheila, was on the scene when Aaron was rescued. She told us, “He was tiny and fragile and just longed to be held.”
Today, Aaron is safe, having been placed in the care of a loving foster family where he continues to receive expert care. Now, he can freely be a playful child again.
What I want you to know is that Aaron’s story would have never been possible without the support of compassionate friends like you. This is what you make possible through your gifts. |
|
Today, Aaron has a future and a hope because of you! |
|
Sadly, there are so many other children like Aaron who are waiting for rescue. And so many who are suffering today at the hands of unscrupulous traffickers. |
