This new series of online events aims to discuss the EU’s work and how it affects all Europeans. Our guest, Andreas Schwarz, Director responsible for Revenue and the Multiannual Financial Framework in the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Budget, will give his insights on the challenges and ambitions of the Recovery Fund and the next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF). This will be an opportunity to discuss the latest developments of the negotiations over the recovery plan aiming to weather effects of the economic slowdown in the EU and its neighbours.
