n July 4, 1776, a group of brave patriots signed a document that changed the course of history forever. They stood up to tyranny and declared to the world that America would be free.

That same spirit of courage and conviction still guides our great nation today — and it’s why I fight so hard for Virginia in Congress.

I hope today you get to celebrate with friends and family. Whether you’re grilling out, watching fireworks, or just enjoying a quiet moment with loved ones — I want to thank you.

Thank you for believing in America.

Thank you for standing for freedom.

Thank you for trusting me to fight for our conservative values in Washington.

We’ve got a long road ahead. But as long as we stay united, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish.
