John, I just voted no on a big, bloated budget bill that is rife with special favors for special interests, while everyday Americans are left carrying the bag.
Despite bipartisan opposition, the Majority rammed this reckless proposal through without concern for the harm it will cause. It’s clear they’ve lost the plot.
This thing blows up the deficit by $4 trillion, hikes up your healthcare and energy costs, shuts down rural hospitals, and rips away Medicaid coverage from millions of Americans. Everyday families will come out in the negative while Wall Street and the top 0.1% get freebies and handouts.
It’s reckless, irresponsible, and completely out of touch. It’s a damn shame.
You know me — I don’t mind getting my hands dirty. I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and fight back, continuing to call out D.C.’s misplaced priorities and working to *actually* help working families.
I’m grateful to have you on our team at this pivotal moment, John. The only way forward is together.
