I’m furious.

Congress just passed Trump’s Big Ugly Bill. It’s a giant middle finger to young people. They’re taking away our healthcare, leaving millions of kids hungry, and destroying the planet. 

This bill is violent, it’s sadistic, and every Republican who voted for it deserves every ounce of our fury for passing it. 

We need to make their lives hell, make it so they can’t walk down the halls of Congress without being hounded for their betrayal. We need to make them toxic in their hometowns. And, we need to defeat them in next year's election so that this is their last term in Washington DC. 

But, I’m also furious at Corporate Democrats. Their spineless allegiance to big donors, their laziness, and their big egos created the conditions where this could happen. 

This moment demands more. More courage. More clarity. More fight. We cannot afford anything less. 

That’s why what our movement does is so essential. We’re building a movement that can challenge politicians of both parties and elect a new generation of leaders who will actually fight for us. 

That means: 

• Unseating every Republican we can
• Electing real champions who are ready to fight
• Training a generation of young people to organize and win 

It’s going to take thousands of young people deciding that we’re ready to organize and fight back. That we’re not listening to the propaganda that there’s nothing we can do to stop them. Now more than ever is the time to step up.
