This would be a game changer for every college athlete.

Friend,

College athletics is at a crossroads — and Washington shouldn’t be in the
driver’s seat.

I introduced legislation to return power to where it belongs: with
student‑athletes and institutions. It’s time that young men and women, and the
schools they represent, decide what’s fair, without unelected judges
micromanaging contract terms, pay, eligibility, or academic standards.

Recent court rulings have demanded pay‑to‑play mandates, and a $2.8 billion
court settlement now forces colleges to pay athletes based on arbitrary
formulas. My bill offers a better way: a free‑market, voluntary approach that
empowers all parties to negotiate their own deals.

College athletes and schools should have the freedom to choose, not be subject
to a one‑size‑fits‑all judicial decree.

But here’s the truth: restoring this freedom won’t happen on its own.
Washington insiders will fight to maintain control. That’s why I'm asking for
your help today.

Will you chip in $10, $25, or more to help our campaign amplify this message?

Together, we’re sending a message: college sports should be governed by
students, schools, and the free market, not by federal courts or bureaucrats in
Washington.

Will you help?
