I’m emailing you personally today because I owe you an apology. Earlier today, we sent an email saying, “FPC files legal challenge to the NFA!” To put it simply, we used the wrong word. But words matter, and we need to own ours. What we should have said is that we and our litigation partners are “filing” that challenge.

Friend,

I’m emailing you personally today because I owe you an apology.

Earlier today, we sent an email saying, “FPC files legal challenge to the NFA!” To put it simply, we used the wrong word. But words matter, and we need to own ours. What we should have said is that we and our litigation partners are “filing” that challenge.

We are proud – and, clearly, excited — to be working together with the American Suppressor Association, the National Rifle Association, and the Second Amendment Foundation to accomplish the mission. And we look forward to filing this lawsuit as soon as legally possible and prudent.

One thing I want to make very clear: Every one of our litigation partners is doing extraordinary work for you and your rights. This Independence Day, I hope you’ll consider supporting every organization that is working hard to eliminate unconstitutional laws and fight for your freedom. I’m linking all of the partnering organizations to this important NFA challenge below so you can easily do just that, if you choose:

Click Here to Join the National Rifle Association

Click Here to Join the Second Amendment Foundation

Click Here to Join the Firearms Policy Coalition

Please accept my sincere apologies for this mistake, which is entirely my fault and my responsibility. We will work very hard to make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for your support — and your understanding.

For freedom,

Brandon Combs

President
