Dear Friends,

As we prepare to celebrate the Fourth of July – a holiday rooted in the ideals of freedom, justice and democracy – we’re reckoning with the irony of Trump and Netanyahu attacking those very values. Both leaders are pursuing agendas that ignore the hostages still held in captivity, and the anguish suffered by their families, and deprive Gazans of desperately-needed humanitarian aid while the devastating war rages on.

They’re taking us down a road that leads to endless conflict, growing authoritarianism and division – sharply diverging from the values and priorities of the American Jewish community.

It’s never been more important to stand up for our values and fight for a future that we believe in – and an effective way to do so is to commit to joining us at the J Street National Convention next year!

Don’t miss the largest gathering of the US pro-Israel, pro-peace movement since 2022. Until July 11, use the promo code INDEPENDENCE to get 20% off any General Admission level ticket.Learn more and register here.

This gathering will be our moment to come together to strategize against the Trump/Netanyahu coalition and their dangerous agenda. With the 2026 midterms on the horizon, the Convention will be our time to organize and build the political power necessary for countering extremist agendas and ensuring the values of the majority of American Jews are represented in Washington.

I hope I can count on you to join us!

J Street is the political home for pro-Israel, pro-peace, pro-democracy Americans who want Israel to be secure, democratic and the national home of the Jewish people. Working in American politics and the Jewish community, we advocate policies that advance shared US and Israeli interests as well as Jewish and democratic values, leading to a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
