Governor Kehoe Announces Two Appointments to Various Boards, Fills One County Vacancy

JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Today, Governor Mike Kehoe announced two appointments to various boards and filled one county vacancy. 

Kimberly Clinton, of Webb City, was appointed as the Jasper County Circuit Clerk.

Ms. Clinton is the senior deputy court clerk for Judge Dean G. Dankelson, having served the 29th Judicial Circuit Court of Jasper County since 2001. She holds a Future Secretaries of America certification and a certificate of completion for the Deputy Court Clerk Judicial Education through the Office of State Courts Administrator. Clinton attended Missouri Southern University in Joplin. 

Karisha Devlin, Ph.D., of Edina, was reappointed to the Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Authority.

Ms. Devlin is the co-chief executive officer of Annie's Project for Farm Women, a non-profit to empower women in agriculture. Previously, Devlin served as an agricultural business field specialist for the University of Missouri, MU Extension. She is a member of the Knox County School Board, Knox County Library Board, and the St. Joseph Parish Improvement Foundation. Devlin holds a doctorate in education from the University of Missouri, master's in agribusiness management, and a bachelor's degree in animal science from Mississippi State University. 

Susan DiRaimondo, of St. Louis, was appointed to the St. Louis City Board of Election Commissioners.

Ms. DiRaimondo previously served as the manager of recruitment and voter outreach and the assistant democratic deputy director for the St. Louis City Board of Elections before retiring in January after more than 17 years of service. DiRaimondo brings extensive knowledge and a vast skill set, having worked in several roles during her tenure at with the Board. She holds an associate's degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
