First off, I want to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped meet our fundraising goal. I’m so grateful for your support -- it means the world.

But while we’ve been organizing and campaigning to protect our services, Republicans in Washington are trying to pass Trump’s disastrous "BS" budget -- and our own Rep. David Valadao is considering voting for it.

If it passes, that would mean:

- Nearly $1 trillion cut from Medicaid
- Devastating cuts to public schools
- Huge tax breaks for billionaires

In CA-22, where nearly 70% of us rely on Medi-Cal, this is a betrayal . Valadao promised he wouldn’t vote to cut Medicaid, and the fact that it’s even on the table for him is outrageous .
