LA County Library and the LA County Department of Arts and Culture have teamed up to kick off "Music Stars", a FREE six-week music program for youth ages 11–13. From aspiring guitarists and drummers to budding keyboard players, participants will explore the world of music through engaging, hands-on instruction led by professional music instructors.
