Dear John,
In this moment of rising fear and attacks on our community, from ICE raids to threats to citizenship, we want you to know: you are not alone, and regardless of your immigration status, you have rights.
We’ve compiled resources to create this Know Your Rights & Immigrant Defense FAQ [[link removed]] , now available in both English [[link removed]] and فارسی [[link removed]] . This guide answers common questions for Iranian Americans regardless of status, whether you are a green card holder, U.S. citizen, student visa holder, or currently undocumented.
A special thanks to National Immigration Law Center, Immigrant Legal Resource Center, Iranian American Bar Association, ACLU, Asian Law Caucus, Detention Watch Network and more whose resources are shared in this FAQ.
