Again, Laura, I’m an agnostic woman who was born in Seattle and raised in Arizona.

It’s disturbing how comfortable Laura is throwing racist attacks my way in an age where political violence has become normalized by right-wing extremists.

It’s disturbing how comfortable right-wing members of Congress are kicking 17 million people off their health insurance.

It’s disturbing how eager GOP leaders are to dismantle food assistance and Head Start programs.

It’s disturbing that members across the aisle are willing to sell out our environment to Big Oil and destroy our public lands.

It’s disturbing that it’s clear that Republicans don’t give a damn about everyday people and are working overtime to hand the ultra-rich another tax cut at the expense of working families.
