Dear Patriot,

While you’re working the grill and watching fireworks this Fourth of July…

Two decorated police officers are sitting in prison cells…for doing exactly
what they were trained and ordered to do.

Will you donate right now to help free them?

This isn’t just tragic. It’s a disgrace.

On July 4th, 2019, while America celebrated freedom, Officers Josh Taylor and
Brandon Dingman were called to respond to a domestic disturbance in Wilson,
Oklahoma.

They arrived to find a large man: 350 pounds, naked, acting erratically, and
clearly in a mental or drug-induced crisis. He was resisting arrest.

Verbal commands didn’t work. Physical restraint was impossible. So they turned
to their department-issued, non-lethal tasers, just like they were trained to
do.

They deployed them multiple times, but the man kept pulling the barbs out.
Eventually, they got him into cuffs and immediately called for medical
assistance.

The man was taken to the hospital and sadly passed away two days later. The
autopsy was inconclusive. He had an enlarged heart and lung issues. Drug
screenings were unreliable.

There was no proven cause of death.

Two internal investigations—including one by the City Council—cleared the
officers. They followed policy. They did everything right.

But a year later, a politically motivated District Attorney dug up the case
and charged them both with second-degree murder.

Now, these two officers—fathers, protectors, public servants—are sitting in
prison.

I’m Sheriff Joe Arpaio. I’ve spent decades defending the men and women of law
enforcement. And I’m telling you right now: this case is a political hit job.

These officers didn’t break the law—they followed it. They didn’t ignore
training—they relied on it. They didn’t flee—they called for help.

And now their lives have been shattered.

That’s why the National Center for Police Defense is fighting back—supporting
their appeals, standing with their families, and pushing to remove the radical
DA behind this injustice.

But appeals are costly. The longer this drags out, the longer Josh and Brandon
sit behind bars—separated from their families, their children, their lives.

Will you step up today and donate to support their appeals?

Yes—I’ll support justice for these officers

Your donation will help pay for legal briefs, expert witnesses, transcripts,
and everything we need to fight for their freedom.

We don’t have Hollywood lawyers or massive war chests. We have YOU.

And right now, Josh and Brandon’s families are counting on you to stand with
them.

We cannot let this go unanswered. If we stay silent now, we’re telling every
cop in America that following orders isn’t enough—that even when you do your
job, you can lose everything.

Let’s prove that’s not the country we live in.

Make your gift today. Help bring Josh and Brandon home.

For justice,
Sheriff Joe Arpaio (ret.)

P.S. These men were imprisoned for doing their jobs—on Independence Day. Let
that sink in. This Fourth of July, help us fight for their freedom and send a
message that we still back the badge.
