BREAKING: Last Chance to Stop Trump's "Big Bad Bill"
[link removed]

Earlier today, the Senate voted to advance devastating legislation that would:
Gut clean energy and environmental protections, raise household energy bills, kill green jobs, and make the climate crisis worse.
Kick millions of people off their health insurance and take food stamps away from families who rely on them.
Slash the funds needed for the National Park Service and open up special places like the Arctic to more drilling.

While our advocacy was able to block the selloff of some public lands and a clean energy tax, Trump's bill remains one of the worst pieces of legislation in American history. The House is expected to vote in the next 24 hours -- this is our last chance to stop this dangerous corporate giveaway.

Dial 202-816-5239 to tell your representative to reject this attack on our climate, health, and future.

Take Action

Tell Congress: Keep the lights on for all families!

While Americans across the country are increasingly impacted by rising costs, the Trump administration is moving to cut a critical program that has provided low income families with energy bill support for decades.
No one should have their power turned off for lack of funds.

Join Sierra Club in protecting everyone's right to affordable energy.

Stop Sacrificing Frontline Communities for Oil & Gas Profits

The federal agency tasked with strengthening health and safety standards for communities living near oil and gas infrastructure is starting the process of rewriting those rules. But under the Trump Administration's direction, they're trying to roll back protections to cut costs instead of strengthening them to protect communities. The public comment period is only open until July 7. If enough of us act now, we can demand better!

What Comes Next for Salmon in the Pacific Northwest?

Over the past 15 years, Rick Lanman has published numerous papers on the historical ecology of California. His findings have often upended long-held views about the state's natural history, like the myth that beavers were never native to the Sierra Nevada and central California's Coast Ranges.

Learn more about the fight to conserve salmon in the Pacific Northwest.

The Largest US Offshore Wind Project Is Ready to Go Despite Trump's Vendetta

The largest offshore wind project in the United States is set to be completed on time -- a win for an industry that has faced uncertainty under the Trump administration. When completed, the project is expected to generate enough energy to power roughly 660,000 homes, or 25 percent of Dominion's residential customers in Virginia.

Learn what President Trump's executive order halting new leases for offshore wind in federal waters means for onshore and offshore wind projects.
