Tell Members of Congress: Say NO to Raising Our Energy Costs

The Big, Ugly Bill passed the Senate, and it’s heading back to the House for final passage. Tell your member of Congress to vote NO.

I have some breaking news, Friend.

The Senate just approved the so-called “Big, Beautiful Bill” (or as it should be known, the Big, Ugly Bill). This bill would destroy the future of clean energy in this country, increase energy costs, slash hundreds of thousands of good jobs, drill on our public lands and waters, increase pollution in our schools and our communities, and put polluters above the law — all to give tax cuts to the wealthiest among us. With this bill, billionaires and Big Polluters win, and everyone else will suffer.

Now, the bill goes back to the House of Representatives for final passage. Republicans have one last chance to show where they stand: will they vote No and stand with families, or will they vote Yes and stand with billionaires and Big Polluters? We have to show them where we stand. Tell members of Congress to vote NO on gutting clean energy investments and drilling on our public lands and waters.

The Republican majority in Congress is razor-thin, and a number of Republican members have already spoken out against this sledgehammer approach to clean energy. Without their votes, the bill cannot pass, but there’s enormous pressure on them to cave to Trump and support it.

This is our last chance as a movement to stop this bill from rolling back the clean energy progress we’ve worked so hard to achieve. Tell your member of Congress: DO NOT gut clean energy tax credits — VOTE NO on this Big, Ugly Bill and protect our air, water, and public lands.

You’ve been with us the whole way, Friend. Thank you for being with us again.

In solidarity,
