PUBLIC NOTICE
Special Meeting of the Wyoming State Board of Control
A special meeting of the Wyoming State Board of Control will be held on July 2, 2025 at 9:15 a.m. in the SEO Conference Room, Herschler Building, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The purpose for this special meeting is consideration of an Authorization to Detach Water Rights for acceptance.
These Authorization(s) for Detachment of Water Rights are only used in conjunction with subdivision development. They provide an expedient means to get through the subdivision process, facilitate disposal of water rights on lands under development in accordance with statute and furnish documentation to the appropriate city or county that water rights are being addressed.
