Y’all, Greg Abbott’s attack on the Constitution just took a new and alarming turn.
His latest executive order takes a sledgehammer to the separation of church and state:
Greg Abbott and Texas Republicans don’t care about our Constitution or the rule of law.
To them, the only thing that matters is waging divisive culture wars that rile up their fringe-far-right base.
Our state deserves so much better than that from its government. But so long as Republicans hold the reins here, we’ll be powerless to do anything about their extreme and divisive agenda.
