Celebrating Fathers!

This Father’s Day, we honor the human and non-human dads who make up the Farm Sanctuary family. As our gift to you, please enjoy the following video of Leo steer and his adoptive dads—a herd of enormous steers.

When we rescued Leo in late 2018, the orphaned calf needed help to find his way. With plenty of guidance, support, and a little tough love from father figures like Bruno, Safran, and Harry steers, this rambunctious calf is now growing into a kind and gentle teenager.
