It was a long weekend. Long night last night, too.

We are doing everything we can to stop this disaster of a budget that Trump is trying to muscle through Congress.

Some might think this is a waste of time, but this is the job. It’s what we are here for. People in Arizona and around the country are afraid — worried about their jobs, feeding their kids, and staying on their health care. I have heard from them every day for the last six months, and the calls are still pouring in.

I don’t care if it takes another day, another week, another month. This is why the people of Arizona sent me to the Senate. There is always dignity in fighting for the American people, and I’m honored to do it.

Thanks for helping me get here so I can do this work.
