Dear reader,

In the last 12 months, 949 Pittsburghers came through to support independent nonprofit journalism by donating to PublicSource! Let’s let that number sink in. Wow.

When we began our membership program, we hoped that independent local journalism rooted in voices and facts was something that you could get behind. We hoped that you’d value reading stories that weren’t being told elsewhere in Pittsburgh. The 949 individuals who have chosen to support us this year have made all of those hopes become reality. We're incredibly grateful.

We’ve had a goal to reach 1,000 members for quite a while. Will you help us keep going and reach 1,000 members by the end of our fiscal year on June 30?
