Hi Friend, can you rush a donation before our midnight deadline?

I’ll be honest with you — this is still the least favorite part of my job.

I’d much rather be focused on the real work: defending civil rights, protecting consumers, standing up to powerful special interests, and making sure the law works for everyone, not just the wealthy or well-connected.

But tonight marks the end of the quarter. Which means we have to report what we’ve raised — and what we raise now determines how much we can invest in for the fights ahead. 

So I’m asking, directly and humbly:

Can you chip in $15 or more before midnight to help us finish strong?

When we hit these goals, my team and I are able to focus even more on the most important aspects of this job without having to worry about whether we will have the resources needed to keep going strong into the future.
