Our end-of-quarter fundraising deadline is at midnight tonight, so if your inbox looks anything like mine, I know it’s filled to the brim with fundraising appeal after fundraising appeal.

Listen, I HATE email tactics used by most campaigns, and I don’t really like sending fundraising emails myself. You know many of my emails are about giving updates and getting involved, like our Patriot Weekly Newsletter, and not bland fundraising asks.

I spend the vast majority of my time doing the work I was elected to do: fighting for the Hudson Valley, pushing back on this administration, and standing UP for hard-working Americans.

But I represent one of the most competitive districts in the country, and we need to raise the resources that will pay for hiring organizers, opening field offices, and eventually running ads to spread our message.

So, while I won’t fill your inbox with urgent “sky is falling” email tactics and fake matches, I hope you know that when I come to you, it’s because your support really is critical to helping us do the work to hold this seat and – hopefully – win back the House.
