It’s been quite a Pride month. 

We’ve watched LGBTQ+ young people thrive at Pride festivals across the country, thanks to our Youth Voices street teams (pictured below) handing out swag, capturing beautiful moments, and celebrating what it means to be fully seen in seven cities around the country. 

We’ve seen young people advocating for LGBTQ+ rights, immigrant rights, and the future they deserve.

We reached thousands through It Gets Better: A Digital Pride Experience, where more than 40 streamers came together to raise awareness and critical funds for LGBTQ+ youth. 

And as a community, we celebrated 10 years of marriage equality—a powerful reminder of how far we’ve come since It Gets Better first started. 

But we’ve also seen the other side.

From devastating attacks on immigrants and trans people to deeply concerning rulings from the Supreme Court, this month has shown us just how fragile progress can be and how essential our continued fight really is.

The truth is, we know it gets better. We’ve seen it happen. But only when we stick together and refuse to back down. When LGBTQ+ youth feel supported, empowered, and ready to lead. That’s the future we’re building at It Gets Better. Through grantmaking that drives real change in schools and communities across the country, through our Youth Voices leadership program, and through a global movement spanning 19 countries.

And we’re not done yet.

We’re just $2,367 shy of hitting our Digital Pride fundraising goal. That means we’re more than 90% of the way there. And we have 15 copies left of our award-winning conversation card game Perfectly Queer available to anyone who donates $75 or more by midnight tonight. Will you help put us over the top?
