When you donate to AFSC's Refugee Response Fund, you help:
- Support immigrants fearing detention or deportation: Your donation helps provide immigrants in the U.S. with legal services, case support, mutual and solidarity aid, Know Your Rights trainings, and more. It also brings critical support to people who are deported from the U.S. to Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Guatemala.
- Provide humanitarian aid to displaced people in Gaza: Our team has delivered food, water, and other essentials to hundreds of thousands of people. Amid severe restrictions on aid and an ongoing genocide, we are supporting farmers in Gaza. We are also working with long-time partners to locate and distribute food and other essentials as conditions allow.
- Support immigrant-led advocacy for systemic change: Together, we're resisting the expansion of detention centers through public demonstrations, advocacy to elected officials, and other civic actions. We're also working for welcoming, dignified, and just immigration policies.
