This campaign isn’t some vanity project for me — I have been fighting against MAGA and for the people of this district since I was old enough to vote, and I have spent the last seven years working to make my community’s public schools one the best places for children to get an education as a member of the Skokie School District 73.5 Board of Education.
While some of my opponents might view this seat as an opportunity for a promotion, media attention or to gain more followers on social media, I view this seat as an opportunity to continue giving back to the community that raised me and improving my neighbors lives with an agenda focused on their needs — Medicare for All, cancelling student debt, making housing affordable, and much, much more.
That is why I am asking for your support so I continue my work to help those who need it the most. June 30th is the end of our fundraising quarter. Shortly after that deadline, the amount of money I have raised will become public and be used as a measure of the momentum of my campaign by opponents and the media.
