Yesterday, the Supreme Court handed down a dangerous decision—one that limits the power of federal judges to hold Donald Trump accountable.

It paves the way for his extreme agenda: undermining the Constitution, attacking birthright citizenship, and betraying millions of families, especially here in California. It’s not just wrong. It’s un-American.

Trump and his allies are laying the legal groundwork to undo decades of progress. If we don’t fight back now, they’ll get away with it.

I’ve spent my life standing up for working people and protecting the rights that bind us together. But this moment calls for more than defending what’s right—it calls for stopping what’s wrong before it takes root.
