Hi there, it’s George here with a quick note in between weekend meetings.

I just got off the phone with my finance director, and she tells me that we’re running a bit short of our digital goal. I’m hoping you can help close the gap with $3 ahead of our end-of-quarter deadline, and here’s why. ⬇️

Last November, my race went down to the wire. Thanks to supporters like you, we defeated an establishment MAGA Republican and flipped CA-27 blue for the first time in years.

Since then, the national GOP has made it clear they want this seat back at any cost. I’ve faced baseless NRCC attacks and dishonest ads, and we’re not even close to the midterm elections.

I know you may be wondering why your support is needed so early, and trust me, asking for money isn’t something I enjoy. But it’s necessary to keep this seat blue and have a shot at flipping the House majority – something we need to happen in order to hold the Trump Administration accountable, especially now that the Supreme Court has given him even more power.

I’m working hard to deliver for our communities in Congress, and unlike when I first ran for this seat, it gives me a lot less time for fundraising. That’s another reason why your support today would have such an impact.

So I need to ask: Will you chip in $3 today? My next FEC deadline is on Monday, and after that, our fundraising will turn public and the GOP will analyze it for any hint of weakness.
