John, my campaign for governor is about bringing Maine people together to solve our biggest challenges, and access to affordable housing is one of my top priorities. I’ll explain why, but first, I need your help.
Our very first end-of-quarter deadline is in just two days. After the deadline, our campaign’s fundraising numbers will go public, and everyone will see the strength of our movement.
That’s why my team set an ambitious goal to raise $10,000 in grassroots donations before July 1st. Will you chip in $7 before our first end-of-quarter deadline?
My first stop on the campaign trail was in Rockland at a brand new affordable housing development for seniors – a project made possible by a partnership I was proud to help build between local government, housing developers, and the smart use of state funding and tax credits.
This project shows what’s possible when we come together to invest in our communities and support our seniors. But there’s still so much more to do.
No matter where I’ve been in Maine, one thing is clear: housing challenges affect all Mainers, in every town and community. We need to build more—more homes, more affordable options, more opportunities for everyone to have a safe place to call home.
How do we get it done? Big problems need big solutions and someone who can hit the ground running. I’m ready to be that leader for Maine. If you’re with me, will you chip in to support my campaign before our end-of-quarter deadline so we can reach our $10,000 goal?
