I'm Pia Dandiya, and I'm running as a Democrat for Congress to represent
Florida's 21st District.
After years of standing up for students in the classroom and working families
in our communities, I know it's time to take that fight to Washington, JOHN.
I am a first-generation American, born to Indian immigrants and raised in
Jupiter. Today, I live in Palm Beach Gardens with my husband and son. I know
firsthand that our district deserves a representative who wants to fight for
working families, who has dedicated their life to creating opportunities for
others, and who will fight to keep the American dream alive. That's what I've
done throughout my career in education and public service.

Will you become a founding donor by pitching in $5 and helping me launch this
campaign? It’s time we unseat Brian Mast and provide authentic,
results-oriented leadership for this community. <>
I studied Government at Harvard and got my Master's in Education from Boston
University, but honestly, my best education came from the classroom.I began my
teaching career as a math teacher through Teach For America, working with
middle school students, where I helped them achieve some of the highest growth
scores in the entire state.
At just 28, I took a leap of faith and founded my own high school in Harlem,
New York. People thought I was too young or too inexperienced. But Democracy
Prep Endurance High School became one of the top-performing schools in New York.
Here's what I'm most proud of: every single one of our graduates was accepted
to college, despite 86% of them living below the poverty line.
Then I was chosen for my experience in fighting poverty to serve as a White
House Fellow at the Department of Education and Domestic Policy Council. This
role taught me how policies developed in Washington can lead to economic
prosperity for families across the nation.

I'm running for Congress to put people first again. Elected leadership
shouldn’t be about headlines or political fights – it should be about you, and
I will —be a representative committed to the economic freedom of every American.
I'm ready to take everything I've learned—from the classroom to the
principal's office to the White House—and put it to work for you in Congress.
But first, I need your support.
If you're with me, please chip in $3, $35, or even $50 right now to become a
founding donor. Help us flip FL-21 and put working people at the forefront in
Washington. <>
